security deposit

A $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking, which will be returned two weeks after the departure date, understanding that the property must be left in the same clean, immaculate condition received. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

cancellations

Cancellation refunds depend on notice.

60-45 days before the booking – 75% refund, unless the property is re-booked, in which case, a full refund is available.

45-30 days before the booking – 50% refund, unless the property is re-booked, in which case, a full refund is available.

Less than 30 days – no refunds are available, unless the property is re-booked, in which case, a full refund is available.

Summer Season

The Summer Season extends from June 15 to September 14.
7-day minimum

Off Season

The Off-Season runs from May 1 to June 14 and September 15 to November 1.
2-night minimum weekend rental.
3-night minimum rental on long weekends and holidays.
